Small dog - large wire mesh bottom of cage.

"As we walked back behind the house we saw rows of cages where the puppies were kept. The cages had rusty wire floors with pans underneath. They had overflowing, filthy dry food in a bowl, and stank of feces...{Scratch} small, even for a Westie, with crooked little feet." The crooked feet came from trying to keep her balance day after day on that wire flooring, shown here in a photo taken by a different visitor around the same time that Scratch was purchased.
